Why turtles you may ask, they have been
around for 215 million years making it
one of the
oldest reptiles. I started collecting carvings
of turtles about 40 years ago and have a
collection of over 150. For me the turtles
symbolize a long life, along with many
cultures
they are a great source of reverence.
